Velocity Funding, LLC specializes in purchasing merchant portfolios and residual streams
from agents and ISO's. We assist merchants with compliance issues, customer support,
and risk prevention in an effort to maintain solid long-term relationships.

Dean C. Caso and David M. Caso are the principals of Velocity Funding, LLC and have
spent the past 20 years in the financial services business.

Dean C. Caso, President - Dean Caso graduated from Babson College in 1983 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Investments. He has been a frequent national
speaker in the financial services and lending industry and was the Chairman of the
Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association in 2001.

David M. Caso, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - David Caso
graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics. Prior to entering the financial services industry, David served as a Captain in
the United States Marine Corps.
